The Bridge Foundation has been awarded a Recovery Housing Grant of Pennsylvania Opioid Settlement Funds from the Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP) providing individuals who wish to transition from treatment or incarceration to recovery housing with scholarships for up to 3 months in Pennsylvania licensed recovery houses as well as connecting residents to Certified Recovery Specialist peer support and case management services.
Our Bridge to Recovery Housing scholarships are available statewide in all Pennsylvania counties beginning January 2, 2026 to individuals with financial need entering Pennsylvania licensed recovery housing following treatment (can be outpatient) or incarceration. Pennsylvania licensed recovery houses will be required to register with us prior to receiving funds for the benefit of a resident. Link to the Recovery House Registration Form is below.
We are excited and grateful to have the opportunity to collaborate with PARR and statewide recovery community organizations to provide this Bridge to Recovery Housing for those struggling with drug and alcohol addiction in Pennsylvania.

RECOVERY HOUSE REGISTRATION & FORMS
Scholarship funds may only be applied at Pennsylvania Licensed Recovery Houses that are Registered with us.
Recovery Housing Scholarships may be renewed for up to two (2) Months (max total of 3 Months housing costs). The Recovery House is responsible for submitting the renewal application on behalf of the resident end of month.
The Recovery House is responsible for submitting the Outcomes/Recovery Capital Survey end of month with information provided by the Resident and House Manager.
