Bridge to Recovery Housing Program Scholarship recipients may receive monthly renewals for financial assistance with direct recovery housing costs for an additional two (2) months. We provide financial assistance to individuals transitioning to recovery housing for up to a total of three (3) months.
Scholarship renewal requests should be submitted by the Recovery Housing Provider on behalf of the Resident seeking Scholarship Renewal. The Recovery House may request Scholarship renewal when submitting the Recovery House Scholarship Invoice Submission & End of Month Report at the end of a Scholarship Month.*
*Beginning July 1, 2026 the separate Scholarship Renewal Form has been eliminated and is no longer required to be submitted. A renewal request is included in the Invoice Submission and End of Month Report Form.
